Exciting stuff!!!!

On september 6, the benefit auction to help save Sayama Forest in Tokyo is taking place at Pixar Animaion Studios. Sayama Forest is popularly known as Totoro Forest, because it inspired the legendary filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki when he wrote My Neighbor Totoro. The Totoro Forest Project is an amazing project that was the idea of my good friend Dice Tsutsumi. He with Enrico Casarosa and Ronnie Del Carmen, rallied together nearly 200 artists from all over the world to produce artwork for this amazing cause. I feel very honored to be a small part of this.
The tickets for the auction are almost completely sold out, however they are setting up an online auction, so that you can still bid on your favorite artwork, even if you can't attend the event in person. They have also started an amazing blog for the whole project, that is updated frequently, giving profiles artist profiles, as well as up to date information about the auction, book and gallery show.
On another topic, I am really excited to announce that my second children's book titled "Fly, Cher Ami, Fly!" has been released this week. This was a really rewarding project to work on and I feel really proud to be a part of it. If you are interested in purchasing a copy of "Fly Cher Ami, Fly!" you can get it here.
